#SobatDANA Enrichment Community Collaborations is one of Sobat DANA’s community activities in the form of an offline event. In this initiative, our role is to connect with various communities from different interests and create engaging activities aimed at attracting more participants to join #SobatDANA.

Challenge

Our client was struggling to attract and retain customers due to an outdated and non-responsive website that didn't align with their brand identity.

Goal

Difficulty identifying or partnering with communities that align with #SobatDANA's goals and values. Some communities may have low engagement or limited reach.
2. Attracting Participants
Convincing people to attend offline events, especially if they’re more comfortable with online activities. Also competing with other events or commitments that target audiences might prioritize.
3. Logistics & Event Management
Venue selection, equipment setup, and handling technical issues during the event. Managing time, ensuring smooth transitions between activities, and avoiding delays.
4. Budget Constraints
Limited budget for venue, equipment, guest speakers, or activities. Balancing cost with quality to deliver a memorable experience.
5. Health & Safety Concerns
Ensuring health protocols (especially post-pandemic) and safety measures are in place.
6. Audience Engagement On-Site
Keeping participants engaged throughout the event & creating activities that are interactive and fun, yet informative.

Result

Throughout the years, SobatDANA has successfully engaged diverse communities through a variety of offline activities, strengthening connections and boosting participant involvement.

As the highlight of the year, SobatDANA hosted a major year-end event with a K-Pop Festival theme. Why K-Pop? Because K-Pop fans bring vibrant energy, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of community—qualities that inspire broader participation across generations and make the event even more lively and impactful.

SobatDANA collaborated with 5 communities, resulting in 890,000+ Total Impressions, 21,000+ Total Engagements, over 200 user-generated content (UGC) posts, and welcoming 550+ new SobatDANA members to the growing family!
